Beachview is a little coastal village located just west of P.E. The combination of game reserves, beautiful beaches, and dolphin and whale sightings in the area mean that you can quite happily holiday here without venturing into the city at all.

Beachview has a large seawater rock pool that is safe for swimming and fishing is a popular activity. The sea here is regarded as the wild side of PE and is a crystal clear blue/green colour with huge waves. Just around the corner from Beachview are the Maitland river mouth and a wide expanse of beach that stretches for miles with high sand dunes ideal for sand boarding, angling and snorkelling.

The Maitland Nature Reserve offers some wonderful hikes and the Seaview Game and Lion Park provides a good place to spot game.
