Fairland
Fairland is a suburb in Johannesburg. The name Fairland originated from a farm called Weltenvrede.

The Roodepoort Museum is nearby Fairland and is an interesting day out for the whole family while visiting Fairland, Johannesburg. If you enjoy the buzz of a fleamarket with gorgeous arts and crafts, african masks and handcrafted beadwork then you MUST visit the Rosebank African Craft Market which has something for everyone and is open daily until 17h00. Going to Zoo Lake is a wonderful way to spend the day as you can relax on the green park which surrounds the centre pond or you can enjoy a ride on the row boats. There are also tennis courts, a bowling green a swimming pool and a tea garden, fun for the whole family.
