Kestell
Kestell is a small tranquil suburb in the eastern Free State Province of South Africa and is a well known maize farming community.

Attractions:
Kestell is situated in the foothills of the Maluti Mountains which allows for amazing views and the comfort and tranquility you will be looking for if you are looking to get away from the city life. Here you will also enjoy some of the most beautifully built sandstone buildings including the famous landmark, the Dutch Reformed Church. For the outdoor type, there is hiking trails available and a variety of bird species for the avid bird watcher. There is also a Golf Club in the small suburb with a 9 hole Golf course to enjoy and a pub and restaurant where the whole family can enjoy a bite to eat.

Climate:
The Eastern Free State enjoys warm to hot summers and cool to very cold winter months with snow on the mountains.
